When NWFL-V Dry Air Cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system draws in the cool dry air, which then enters the tower through the V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The large contact surface of the V-shaped design accelerates the cooling process for both the air and warm process fluid, leading to a significant improvement in heat exchange efficiency. After undergoing sufficient partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air, the hot air is discharged outside of the tower, achieving efficient Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling).

Heavy-duty Construction
The galvanized steel panel with NWN-Armour anti-corrosion coating have excellent resistance and corrosion resistance approaching the characteristics of stainless steel, allows the equipment to work with higher concentration cycles and thereby reduce water consumption. The coating can be easily repaired if damaged.
V Type Finned Coil Heat Exchanger
The finned tube heat exchanger adopts a copper tube-aluminum fin composite design, maximizing heat transfer area for efficient thermal conduction. This structure rapidly transfers heat from the fluid to the air, maintaining excellent heat exchange performance under various complex working conditions. This design not only ensures stable operation of industrial equipment but also significantly reduces energy consumption, enhancing overall system efficiency.
EC Axial Fan
The EC motor features direct-axis drive with IP55 protection and Class F insulation, ensuring reliable long-term operation in humid and hot environments with smooth performance. It achieves ultra-high energy efficiency up to IE5, delivering exceptional energy-saving performance. Equipped with maintenance-free bearings featuring a 60,000-hour service life and an insulated bearing system to prevent shaft current damage. Through static and dynamic testing during the production process, noise is minimized while meeting the heat exchange performance of the cooler; using PFC to keep harmonics below 35%, the EC fan system can maintain high static efficiency, even at low speeds.
