NEWIN NWN series counter flow closed cooling tower started its travel from the factory to a plastic factory in Zhuhai in July, 2023.

NWN series counter flow closed cooling tower will be used for cooling process of injection molding machine in the plastic factory.
Injection molding machine is mainly used for heating and plastic deformation in injection molding process. However, in the process of operation at high temperature, the injection molding machine will produce large heat, and a long heating time may lead to local melting and deformation. Therefore, cooling the temperature of the mold is necessary.
Cooling tower cooling is one of the most commonly used cooling solution. The cooling tower continuously provides low-temperature water, which is sent into the mold through the water pump. The cooled water is used to transfer heat on the surface of the mold to take away the heat from the inside of the mold, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling. The advantages of the cooling tower cooling is simple operation, fast cooling speed.
NWN series counter flow closed cooling tower is closed-loop system design, providing more efficient cooling effect, water saving, energy saving and low maintenance cost.
